Sometimes a Repair Turns Into a New AC Customer

We already knew this customer in St. Petersburg.

Earlier this year they had an AC problem and called us out for a repair. We got them taken care of and went on our way.

Then the AC finally died.

Guess who got the call again.

Us.

That's always a good feeling because they had already dealt with Killian and knew how we worked. This time a repair wasn't going to do it. They needed a new AC unit and air handler.

There was one little catch.

They were out of town.

They trusted us to do the whole thing while they were gone.

I think that says quite a bit.

Letting an HVAC crew into your condo and having a complete new system installed when you're not even in town takes some trust.

But they had worked with Killian before and told us they felt completely comfortable having us handle it while they were away.

So that's what we did.

New unit.

New air handler.

Got everything installed and made sure we cleaned up behind ourselves.

Nothing too exciting about that last part, but it matters.

Nobody wants to come home from being out of town and find a mess left behind by a contractor.

Apparently We Cleaned Up Pretty Well

The customer added to their original review after the installation and said the condo was left "neat and clean, like they were never there."

That's a pretty good compliment for an HVAC crew.

They also added photos of the completed work because they were so happy with how everything turned out.

The part of the review that really stood out to us though was the fact that they called again.

Anybody can get called to a house once.

Getting called back is different.

They remembered how the first repair went, the AC stopped working again later on, and Killian was the first person they contacted.

That's how we want it to be.

A New AC System Without the Homeowner Even Being There

The customer said our team was professional and responsive and that we took the time to explain everything and answer their questions.

They also said they had "complete confidence" in the quality of the work.

We'll take that all day.

HVAC work isn't always complicated from the homeowner's side of things.

Sometimes you just want somebody to answer the phone, tell you what's going on, do what they said they were going to do and not leave your house looking like a construction zone.

Especially when you're hundreds of miles away.

This St. Petersburg AC installation is finished, the new unit and air handler are in, and the customer came home to a clean condo.

Pretty good way to wrap one up.
